Pasta Machines

     

I have been using the Mercato manual pasta maker for over 10 years now. I had had a lot of success with it making fettucini & ravioli and rolling sheets for, tortellini, lasagna and spaghetti.

TIP: just wipe clean... don't immerse it in water.

If you are in a commercial kitchen then I highly recommend the Imperia Electric Restaurant Pasta Machine. You will spoend a fewdollars but you will be amazed at how much pasta you can churn out.

I personally use Furi knives in the kitchen. I find them simply the best. Balanced and beautifully designed. They keep their edge well. You really don't need too many knives.
